According to Dr. Jeannette Potts, also known as Dr. Tango, "listening is a dying art in our sound bite culture. Employers need to find ways to communicate authenticity and empathy to their workers."

Dr. Tango spoke to the Cleveland Coach Federation about how to not only practice better listening skills, but also how to make sure they're asking questions that express genuine interest - whether of a client, co-worker or in a personal relationship.
